10. Connect the panel to the mains supply using a 3A-rated spur to the fuse box with fire-resistant cables. The manufacturer has marked the AC Live (L), Earth (E), and Neutral (N) connections on the power supply cage.
11. Connect two batteries to the stand-by position. Recommended Battery Type is Powersonic 12V, 7 Ah.
12. Installation of the fire alarm system is not enough; after installation, check that the panel indicates normal operation. If not record no fault is recorded in the event log, and the fault is assigned to a responsible person.
